At FlexCoreWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return solution for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unworn
Items must be in their original condition
Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom & Personalized Products

Products purchased through our customization service or custom design link are made specifically according to customer requirements.

Because these items are personalized and cannot be resold, customized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please carefully review all customization details, sizes, colors, and options before placing your order.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item received is damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product has a manufacturing defect

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos or videos showing the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After an order has entered processing or production, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Size & Fit Issues

Please carefully check our size chart before ordering.

Size differences caused by choosing the wrong size are not considered product defects. We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before purchase.
