Where do you ship?

FlexCoreWear currently ships to the United States only.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery to most US locations is 6-10 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout supports PayPal plus credit and debit card payments. All transactions are processed through secure Shopify checkout.

Can I return an item?

Because we do not currently operate a US return warehouse, please do not send items back without contacting us first. If there is an issue with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a short description, and clear photos or video when relevant. We will review each case and provide a reasonable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or refund when appropriate.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled with an appropriate solution.

What if I chose the wrong size or simply changed my mind?

Please contact us first. We will review the situation and try to help, but size-choice, preference, or change-of-mind requests may not qualify for a full refund. Repeated, abusive, or fraudulent claims may be refused.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size options and product notes before ordering. If you are between sizes, prefer a relaxed fit, or have broader shoulders or a larger midsection, choose one size up.
